We return to London for our fourth event in the city, bringing together a small group of soloists, founders and leaders from the Shopify ecosystem and beyond who are building agencies, apps and digital businesses.
Craft & Work isn't a sit-and-stare conference. The day combines short presentations, hot-seat interviews and group discussions, with plenty of space for conversation.
You'll spend time with people facing many of the same challenges as you — building companies, leading teams, navigating growth, and figuring things out as they go.
With just 50 people in the room, everyone has a chance to contribute. Often, the most useful idea comes from the person sitting next to you rather than the person on stage.
No gurus. No formulas. Just honest conversations about what it takes to build something meaningful.
Craft & Work London 2025 at Wallacespace Clerkenwell.
Who's it For?
Craft & Work was created for people building businesses and leading teams. Most attendees come from the Shopify Partner ecosystem because that's the world we work in, but the room also attracts marketers, consultants and others working across ecommerce, technology and SaaS.
The common thread isn't a particular platform or industry. The conversations focus on the realities of building a business, leading people and figuring out what comes next. We often describe the audience using three slightly jargony labels — but if any of these sound like you, you'll feel right at home.
Soloist — You are your business, balancing client work with sales, marketing, networking and everything else that keeps things moving.
Founder — You started or co-founded a business with a team behind it. Your time is divided between sales, proposals, leadership decisions and planning what comes next.
Leader — You play an important role inside an agency, app company or digital business, helping the organisation grow while supporting the people around you.
If you're not sure whether Craft & Work is for you, get in touch and we'll help you work it out. Tell us a little about what you do and what you're hoping to get from the day, and we'll give you an honest answer.
Dates & Venues
Your ticket includes two chances to be in the room — a relaxed evening gathering on Thursday 8th October and the full-day Craft & Work main event on Friday 9th October.
A relaxed pre-event evening at Recharge HQ in London. A chance to catch up with familiar faces, meet new ones, and ease into the event ahead of the main day.
Our full-day event takes place at Wallacespace Clerkenwell and includes presenter-led sessions, honest discussions, breakfast, lunch, refreshments and end-of-day drinks at the pub across the street.
We'll be joined by four presenters from the Shopify ecosystem and beyond, each bringing an open and honest conversation starter to the room. We'll announce the full line-up and session details soon.
