2025 Event Reports
As we kick off 2026 and head into our fourth year of Craft+Work, it feels like a good moment to look back at the two gatherings we hosted in 2025.

London — 26th September 2025
We returned to London for our third event in the city with a fresh approach and a new venue overlooking Clerkenwell. Mercifully, the famously loud coffee machine from our last London event was nowhere to be seen, and we welcomed 40 folks for our fifth edition.
A few days before the event, two of our four planned presenters had to pull out (for entirely understandable reasons). Huge thanks to Louise for stepping in at short notice and delivering a brilliant session on marketing. We were also joined by Dan Conboy and Tim Richardson, who rounded out the day with thoughtful, practical insights.
Big thanks to Marc and Glenn, who captured the day in photo and sketch form. You can view Marc's full gallery on his website.
Toronto — 22nd October 2025
We returned to Toronto for our second edition at The Drake — familiar surroundings, with a few considered tweaks to the day. The conversations flowed, the food delivered, and it was a real pleasure to bring together another group of founders, marketers, and operators from across the Shopify Partner world.
Our guest presenters Mac King, Diana Birsan, and Rhian Beutler shared generous insights from their own journeys. Topics ranged from moving from Partner Manager to CRO, to the power of being a generalist, to making mistakes — and learning how to move forward.
As ever, it was great to be back in Canada. Thanks to everyone who joined us for a day of good conversation, great company, and ideas worth taking back to work.
No matter how many events you host, there's always room to improve. We'll be taking what we learned in 2025 into our 2026 planning, and we're looking forward to sharing what's next in the coming weeks.
