Craft & Work started as a one-off gathering and has grown into something much bigger. Our patron packages are designed for companies who want to support the community, show up meaningfully in the room, and be part of what we're building.
Our 2026 patronsRunning your own business is rewarding — but it's also hard, unpredictable, and often lonely. Craft &Work exists to bring people who run, support, and are building independent businesses together to talk honestly, share real experiences, and remind ourselves we're not doing this alone.
Craft & Work events are intentionally small and conversation-led. We prioritise openness, peer learning, and practical discussion over traditional slide-led presentations. Sessions cover topics like marketing, pricing, sales, leadership, and the realities of running a modern business.
What began as a small gathering of Shopify founders and soloists has grown to include a broader mix of digital and creative professionals who support and work with Shopify Partners — while staying deliberately inclusive and human in scale.
If your company helps ecommerce, tech, or creative businesses do better work, this is your room.
Craft & Work Patrons aren't just logos on a slide. They're part of the conversation. We encourage patrons to show up, take part, share experiences, and learn alongside the community.

This Autumn, we're heading back to London for the seventh edition of Craft & Work . If you've joined us before, you'll know the format: a full day of honest conversation, followed by good drinks and even better chats.
In 2026, we're expanding — but only slightly.
Alongside the main Craft & Work day, we'll host a smaller late afternoon/early evening event the day before, in central London. This Patron-focused gathering will bring together around 80-100 people and give Patrons space to share what they're building, how they work, and what they're learning as they grow their businesses.
We'll also run a handful of informal, "Off The Clock" evening meetup-style events throughout the year in cities including Manchester, Birmingham & London. These smaller gatherings are designed to help local Shopify Partners and creative founders connect, chat, and build relationships in a relaxed setting.
This year we're offering three ways to support our 2026 activities. Each package includes support for all our 2026 events and provides a unique opportunity to showcase your brand, connect with our engaged audience, and share your expertise and insight in a meaningful way.
